A little introduction...
So this is me, Lara.
Hi there, and thanks for heading over to my page.
If you have found yourself here, there is a reason for that and so before anything else I think it's always good to know a little about the person who is going to be working on you.
I started this journey nearly 6 years ago now following the arrival of my first little boy.
I was working within the public sector, supporting young offenders back into education and employment. I loved this job for a while, however circumstances change and with that comes a need for pastures new.
I did however know, that I needed to continue working with people in some capacity.
After much deliberation, I stumbled across Reflexology and very quickly came to realise this was the one for me and honestly I have never looked back.
I trained with a truly wonderful practitioner who saw me through my year long training where I gained my level 5 Centralia Reflexology Mastership and have since completed CPD courses in Ziggie Bergman Facial Reflexology, Cupping Therapy, Child and Baby reflexology and more recently Reflexology for the Menopause.
I very much see myself as the messenger throughout your treatments, gently guiding and reminding your body to restore balance.
